Unfortunately due to the current circumstances we will only be dispatching from our warehouses MONDAY – FRIDAY. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don’t panic if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery on the following dates:
- From Wednesday 27th November at 10am until Monday 9th December at 10am
- From Friday 20th December at 10am until Tuesday 2nd January at 10am.
Whilst we will always endeavor to get your delivery to you within the nominated time period, please note there may be a delay over periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas). Brow Cosmetics also bears no responsibility for delays caused by extenuating circumstances (i.e. adverse weather)

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
As all orders are currently shipped from Europe, you may have additional import fees upon delivery.
USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.
AUSTRALIA – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
NEW ZEALAND – All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website, click here to go through.
REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Brow Cosmetics, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
